Belinda Cowan

Belinda serves as the Continuing Professional Development Coordinator for Distance programs at Upstate AHEC.  She is responsible for implementing and maintaining enduring programs on the AHEC U learning platform.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
