Inclement Weather:
If there is a need to postpone or cancel a program due to inclement weather, a message will be placed on the AHEC general phone message, which can be accessed by dialing (864) 349-1160. An update will be placed on the header of the upstateahec.org website. Additionally, any immediate updates will be shared on the Upstate AHEC Facebook page. AHEC will make every effort to notify pre-registered participants of changes with the information they have on file. Please ensure you have the correct email entered into our system when completing the registration process or accessing your account.
Refunds, Substitutions, and Cancellations:
Registrations are accepted until programs are filled. Registration is not complete until fee is received, and fee is due at registration. All cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing refunds. Registrants canceling between 2 weeks and 48 hours prior to the program will receive a 75 percent refund. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to the program. Participant substitutions are welcome (pending Upstate AHEC is notified in advance of the program). Cancellations must be made in writing to info@upstateahec.org.
Upstate AHEC reserves the right to cancel a continuing education program. If Upstate AHEC should find it necessary to cancel or postpone a program for any reason including, but not limited to, registration responses, strikes, or acts of God, a full refund will be granted. Upstate AHEC will not be liable for registrants’ expenses.
