Our courses are structured to provide the highest quality continuing education to nursing professionals. Fulfill all of your nursing requirements conveniently with our flexible course options. Once your course requirements are complete, we provide you with all documentation needed to prove completion and certification.

We offer Continuing Nursing Education courses for:

• Nurse Practitioners (NP): Upstate AHEC offers Continuing Education for Nurse Practitioners designed to be relevant to the NP specialty and role as a whole. We offer classes that cover broad topics as well as very niche and specific specialty classes. Nurse Practitioners CEUs are taught by industry leaders; we bring experts from around the nation to teach our classes locally, ensuring that our local NPs have access to the highest knowledge available.
• Registered Nurses (RN): We provide Registered Nurses access to continuing education courses that fit into any schedule. Continuing Education Courses for RNs who want to improve their technique, learn a new skill, or maintain their licensure.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): At Upstate AHEC, we understand that Licensed Practical Nurses need to continue their education with courses that focus on caring for patients in a practical way; LPNs are primarily concerned with learning actual skills. For LPNs, we arrange educators and classes to help ensure you fulfill CE course requirements.

Upstate AHEC provides continuing education for healthcare professionals,  however; we do not offer re-licensure. We only provide required certification and ongoing education to Nurses including: NPs, RNs and LPNs.
