The mission of Upstate AHEC Continuing Education is to enhance the quality of individual and community lives through ongoing health professions education in the Upstate. We pursue our mission through the provision of quality programs designed to meet the education and training needs of health providers in the allied health, dental health, mental health, nursing, pharmacy and public health professions. Our region consists of Abbeville, Edgefield, McCormick, Saluda, Greenwood, Oconee, Anderson, Laurens, Spartanburg, Greenville and Pickens counties.

Upstate AHEC now offering Caregiver Videos

Upstate AHEC is joining thousands of home health agencies, area agencies on aging, hospices, hospitals, colleges, senior centers, and churches around the country to utilize The Caregiver Video Series for their training programs.

This series offers 22 videotapes to check out and show on an individual basis or in a classroom setting at your location. These videos are suitable for training family, volunteer, respite, private duty, and staff caregivers.
