OBJECTIVES
Using a case study presentation style, participants will be able to:
- Review the functional anatomy of the neurological system.
- Describe clinical evaluation of the function of cranial nerves.
- Review comprehensive but concise neurological exam.
- Discuss the changes in motor and sensory function that occurs with interruption in cerebral perfusion.
- Describe cerebellar disorders.
- List ganglia disorders.
- Review movement disorders secondary to medications.
- Discuss the ongoing needs of a patient with neurological difficulties.
- Discuss current research for prevention and management of neurologic disorders.
