Welcome to Upstate AHEC Continuing Education.
Upstate AHEC is dedicated to providing a comprehensive selection of continuing education offerings for health care providers in our region. We hope that you will find a program in the catalogue that is of interest to you and that meets your professional needs. If you have a request for a particular type of program, please let us know. We are happy to receive your comments, suggestions, ideas and program requests.
Annually, Upstate AHEC provides more than 250 continuing education programs delivered throughout its eleven county service area and designed to meet the education and training needs of the region’s health care workforce. AHEC programs assist health practitioners in expanding their knowledge, increasing their competency, and in maintaining professional licensure and certification.
The goal of the Continuing Education (CE) Program at Upstate AHEC is to improve health outcomes and quality of life for South Carolinians through the provision of accessible, high-quality, evidence-based CE services that enhance the knowledge and skills of our healthcare workforce.
