Last year, consortium members had access to the following:

More than 275 continuing education programs, many developed based upon the needs identified by your organization;

More than 1,212 teaching hours delivered by a cadre of the most competent clinicians and educators;

More than 1,000 credit hours necessary for the re-licensure and re-certification of 14 different healthcare professionals including nurses, therapists, pharmacists, and social workers.

You can begin accessing these benefits today by completing and submitting the individual membership application form.

For more information about how your organization can become a consortium member, call 864-349-1160.

If you or your organization are not yet members of the Upstate AHEC Consortium, you probably are paying too much!!

Agencies within the Upstate region have the opportunity to become members of the Upstate AHEC Consortium.  Those agencies that are not members of the consortium are able to attend all Continuing Education offerings but do not receive the benefits afforded to consortium members.

All Continuing Education programs offered by Upstate AHEC are open to both consortium and non-consortium attendees.

Membership in the Upstate AHEC Consortium allows all employees of the agency to attend Continuing Education programs free of charge.  The number of attendees is not limited.  Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Due to the cost of certain courses, i.e. those where the speaker fee exceeds $1000/day, a reduced fee may be required of consortium attendees.
